Mark Priddy pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Priddy was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Timothy L. Cook, 54, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists/piperazines, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge.

Nina Hogan, 41, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Hogan was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $848 in court costs. Hogan’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Nina R. Hogan, 41, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended driver’s license, which was amended to driving on a suspended license. Hogan was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served.

Amanda Nevitt, 35, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Nevitt was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Mason C. Johnson, 18.

James Williams, 69, pleaded guilty to reckless driving; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, aggravator offense; possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; and failure to wear seat belts. Williams was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $818 in court costs. Williams’ driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Deborah Preston, 62, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $233 in court costs.

Lisa K. Hodge, 49, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served. Hodge was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Timothy L. Cook, 64, pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the third degree, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served.

Johnathan T. Woosley, 20, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana. Woosley was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge, and 45 days after two days served on the other two charges. Woosley was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Charles Jeffrey Higdon, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Higdon was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Brian E. Dennis, 32, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dennis was sentenced to 180 days probation after 14 days served on the first charge, and 45 days probation after two days served on each of the remaining charges. Dennis was ordered to pay $898 in court costs, and his driver’s license was suspended for 18 months.

Timothy Lee Cook pleaded guilty to harassing communications and terroristic threatening in the third degree. Cook was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served on the second charge, and 90 days probation after 10 days served on the first charge. Cook was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Melinda D. Parks, 37.

David Allen Sandlin, 47, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, which was amended to disorderly conduct. Sandlin was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Joshua F. Bruner, 25, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to defective equipment. Bruner was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.

Christopher D. Gordon, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding 25 miles per hour over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit; and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense. Gordon was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $30 in fines and $173 in court costs.

Michael S. Humprey, 60, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, which was amended to disorderly conduct. Humprey was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Arvon McCarty, 47, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, which was amended, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. McCarty was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Micaela A. Waldon, 21, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

Lorena Halbur, 29, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and careless driving. Halbur was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $798 in court costs. Halbur’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Robert Mudd, 38, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Mudd was ordered to pay $718 in court costs, and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

A bench warrant was issued for Darrin S. Gardiner, 46.

Courtney A. Muller, 20, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Muller was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Franklin Lee Feldt, 69, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Feldt was ordered to pay $748 in court costs, and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

Jacob A. Montgomery, 41, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Montgomery was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.
