Two Clarkson residents were arrested during a drug bust on Blessit Road on Thursday, Aug. 27.
42-year-old Christopher Snyder and 22-year-old Cassandra Willis are both facing charges after officers found items used to make methamphetamine, including numerous hydrochloric gas generators, at the Clarkson residence.
Also found at the scene was drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine residue.
These items were discovered when a search warrant was executed at the property.
Snyder is being charged with manufacturing methamphetamine in the first degree, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is currently being lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $25,000 cash bond, and is set to appear in court on Thursday, Sept. 3.
Willis was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Willis was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center overnight before being released on Friday, Aug. 28 on a $10,000 unsecured bond. She is also set to appear before a judge on Thursday, Sept. 3.
Responding agencies included the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police, and the Leitchfield Police Department.
