Eugene Doerr, Jr. pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay $233 in fines and court costs.

James Clarkston, 20, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs of a person under the age of 21, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Clarkston was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each of the final two charges, and was ordered to pay a $450 fine and $603 in court costs.

Brent L. Jennings, 56, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the third degree, and was ordered to pay $203 in fines and court costs.

Tammy L. Smith, 37, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $243 in court costs.

Samantha D. Wilkerson, 36, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Wilkerson was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Matthew J. Vanmeter, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and failure to notify address change to the department of transportation. Vanmeter was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $268 in court costs.

Jimmy W. Winchell, 41, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay $163 in fines and court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for James Parks, 30.

Alexander D. Nunn, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to give right of way to emergency stopped vehicle, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine and $243 in court costs.

Mani N. Weston, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, and reckless driving. Weston was ordered to pay $152 in fines and $295 in court costs.

Alexys I. Nash, 22, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay a $195 fine.

Richard D. Ashby, Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Ashby was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Christopher M. Duggins, 33, pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Duggins was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Rachel E. Blanton, 44, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Timothy Perry Polston, 30.

Kaita N. Addington, 22, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after eight hours served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Addington was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Megan M. Hayes, 25.

Jennie Rouark, 33, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Rouark was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Crystal P. Hardesty, 32, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on the first charge, and 30 days probation after eight days served on the second charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Hardesty was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Craig W. Daley, 41, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served on the first charge, and 30 days probation after eight days served on the second charge. Time served is to run concurrently. Daley was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Amanda Embry, 24, pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment in the second degree, and was sentenced to 60 days probation after two days served. Embry was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James R. Poole, 41, pleaded guilty to possession of a synthetic cannabinoid agonist/piperazine, controlled substance prescription not in original container, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Poole was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served on each charge, with time served to run consecutively. Poole was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Nickie N. Mischler, 28, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in the first degree, and was sentenced to 180 days probation after 30 days served. Mischler was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Brett M. Taylor, 31, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Taylor was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Samantha Chopp, 21, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and careless driving. Chopp was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $218 in court costs.

Kayla Pharris, 53, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, and disregarding a stop sign. Pharris was ordered to pay $75 in fines and $218 in court costs.

Samantha Chopp, 21, pleaded guilty to no operator’s/moped license, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Chopp was sentenced to 30 days probation.

Cassandra Johnson, 41, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, which was amended to reckless driving. Johnson was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $268 in court costs.

Andrew R. Demasters, 28, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Demasters was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.
