Elizabeth Ann Fleming, 41, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Fleming was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

John Colton Bailey, 25, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Charles V. Harlamert, 49, pleaded guilty to operating a boat/watercraft under the influence of alcohol and failure to illuminate/no navigation lights. Harlamert was ordered to pay $225 in fines and $378 in court costs.

Joshua D. Hines, 23, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and failure to wear seat belts. Hines was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $268 in court costs.

Corey A. Meyer, 23, pleaded guilty to operating a boat/watercraft under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was ordered to pay a $200 fine and $353 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Cody Sermon, 22.

A bench warrant was issued for Shannon Murphy.

Jenna Hunt pleaded guilty to speeding 15 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was referred to State Traffic School. Hunt was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Waymond L. Williams, 43.

A bench warrant was issued for Jeffrey Bauereiss, 35.

Allen E. Brooks, 23, pleaded guilty to burglary in the second degree, which was amended to criminal trespassing in the first degree. Brooks was sentenced to 365 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Dyana M. Ewers, 31, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Ewers was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Leslie Neighbors, 25, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the third degree, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Neighbors was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James A. Garrigus, 22, pleaded guilty to violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 20 days served. Garrigus was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Loretta Newton, 61, pleaded an Alford Plea to assault in the fourth degree with no visible injury, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Newton was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served. Newton was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Kevin Finley, 44, entered an Alford Plea to wanton endangerment in the second degree, which was amended to disorderly conduct in the second degree. Finley was sentenced to 90 days probation after two days served.

Dylan Garrett Higdon, 20, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 30 days served. Higdon was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Christopher M. Neubert, 43, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts; operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license; and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to no insurance. Neubert was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $70 in fines and $213 in court costs.

Adam L. Ashley, 37, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Ashley was ordered to pay $748 in court costs.

Ashley Higdon, 34, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

Michael L. Ward, 18, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. Ward was ordered to pay a $40 fine and $183 in court costs.

Charles Carlock, Jr., 35, pleaded guilty to careless driving, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Carlock was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $193 in court costs.

Jonathan D. Howell, 23, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, improper passing, and license to be in possession. Howell was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $268 in court costs.

Wesley Robert Pawley-Hart, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to illuminate head lamps, instructional permit violations, and careless driving. Pawley-Hart was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $243 in court costs.

Alphonzo F. Soto, 25, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Soto was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $183 in court costs.

Dustin Lee Gaston, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts; and failure to produce an insurance card, which was amended to no insurance. Gaston was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Steven J. Blanton, 30, pleaded guilty to driving on a DUI-suspended license, second offense; and failure to wear seat belts. Blanton was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Charles A. Lindsey, 47, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. Lindsey was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $773 in court costs.
