Super Star Chef Class Series Comes to Big Clifty!

The Super Star Chef series of classes are being offered by Extension Agent, Natalie Taul, at the Big Clifty Community Center during the month of October. The class series is geared for families, but anyone can attend. Adults & children 6+ years are encouraged to register, and children must be accompanied by an adult. The classes will be held on Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. on the following schedule:

October 8 – It’s a Wash & It’s all in the Recipe

October 15 – Knife Skills/Portion Distortion

October 22 – Reading Nutrition Labels

October 29 – Spoiled Rotten: Food Safety

This will be a hands-on learning class series! All the classes are free, but you must register in advance. For more information or to register, you should call the Grayson County Extension Office at (270) 259-3492.
