The four inmates who were hospitalized in January due to alleged drug reactions were indicted this month in relation to the incident.

The Grayson County Grand Jury, during its Feb. 6 meeting, indicted 23-year-old Quinterious D. Collins, of Danville, KY; 39-year-old Ronnie M. Rowe, of Flatwoods, KY; 30-year-old Chris Snawder, of Shepherdsville, KY; and 37-year-old Justin Warren, of Hickman, KY, were all indicted for Promoting Contraband in the 1st Degree and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree.

These charges stem from an incident that occurred on Jan. 2, 2018 when they all were allegedly in possession of spice while being contained in the Grayson County Detention Center.

According to a Grayson County Detention Center press release, Collins, Rowe, Snawder, and Warren were discovered in various states of consciousness and respiratory distress due to their allegedly ingesting a drug shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 2 by staff members at the Detention Center Annex.

Emergency services were requested, and all four inmates regained consciousness after initial treatment at the Annex. They were then transported to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center for evaluation and drug testing and later released, according to the news release.

Promoting Contraband in the 1st Degree is a Class D felony.

Also during its Feb. 6 meeting, the Grand Jury indicted 14 others on various charges. Those indictments are listed below in alphabetical order by last name.

Adam Ashley, 40, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of Property Valued at $500.00 or More but Under $10,000, in relation to (an) incident(s) that occurred between Aug. 10, 2017 and Aug. 24, 2017 when he allegedly unlawfully took and/or exercised control over movable property belonging to UD Contracting.

The Commonwealth recommended Ashley be lodged on a $10,000 cash bond.

Nancy Campbell, 36, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Possession of Marijuana, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Dec. 5, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Nancy Campbell be lodged on a $10,000/10 percent bond.

Robert Campbell, 59, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Possession of Marijuana, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Dec. 5, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Robert Campbell be lodged on a $10,000/10 percent bond.

Bobbi R. Cockriel, 23, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Resisting Arrest; and Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended/Revoked License, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Jan. 3, 2018.

The Commonwealth recommended Cockriel be lodged on a $10,000/25 percent bond.

Grady P. Dunnaway, 45, of Louisville, KY, was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense -- (Less Than 10 D.U. Ecstasy); Tampering with Physical Evidence; Possession of Marijuana; and Public Intoxication -- Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol), in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Dec. 19, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Dunnaway be lodged on a $10,000/50 percent cash bond.

Jake W. Embry, 46, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Facilitation of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Offense, in relation to an incident that allegedly occurred on Oct. 13, 2018.

Bobby M. Freeman, 35, of Louisville, KY, was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) -- (Greater Than or Equal to 2 Grams); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Sept. 6, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Freeman be lodged on a $25,000 bond.

Cheyla S. Jefferson, 25, of Louisville, KY, was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense -- (Less Than 10 D.U. Ecstasy); Tampering with Physical Evidence; Promoting Contraband in the 1st Degree; Possession of Marijuana; Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol,.08 (Aggravating Circumstances), 1st Offense; Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle; Speeding 26 Miles Per Hour or More Over Speed Limit; Reckless Driving; Failure to Produce Insurance Card; and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Dec. 19, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Jefferson be lodged on a $10,000/50 percent bond.

Steven L. Jones, 49, of Leitchfield, KY, was indicted for Assault in the 3rd Degree -- Police Officer, in relation to an incident that occurred on Dec. 7, 2017 when he allegedly intentionally caused or attempted to cause physical injury to Grayson County Sheriff's Office Deputy Mark Stanton.

The Commonwealth recommended Jones be lodged on a $10,000 bond.

Leslie J. Keown, 38, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Bail Jumping in the 1st Degree, in relation to an indicent that occurred on Jan. 2, 2018 in which he allegedly unlawfully failed to appear for sentencing on a felony charge in Grayson Circuit Court.

Galen Lampton, 57, of Big Clifty, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of Marijuana; and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Dec. 5, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Lampton be lodged on a $10,000 bond.

William J. Litteral, Jr., 44, of Clarkson, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Clonazepam; Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Alprazolam; Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol,.08, 3rd Offense; and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Proper Container, 1st Offense, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on July 23, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Litteral be lodged on a $10,000/25 percent bond.

Bryon L. Odneal, 29, of Louisville, KY, was indicted for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) -- (Greater Than or Equal to Two Grams); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Speeding 26 Miles Per Hour or More Over Speed Limit; Giving Officer False Identifying Information; and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on Sept. 6, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Odneal be lodged on a $25,000 bond.

Charles G. Ralph, 64, of Olaton, KY, was indicted for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon; Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon; Cultivation in Marijuana Under Five Plants, 1st Offense Enhanced by a Firearm; Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Possession of Marijuana, in relation to incidents that allegedly occurred on July 13, 2017.

The Commonwealth recommended Ralph be lodged on a $10,000 bond.
