The Grayson County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals, listed in alphabetical order by last name, during its December meeting.

Tristan S. Berryman, 34, of Leitchfield, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition from building valued at $500 or more but under $10,000; criminal mischief in the first degree; and criminal trespass in the second degree.

Clint K. Clauss, 34, of Leitchfield, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition from building valued at $500 or more but under $10,000; criminal mischief in the first degree; criminal trespass in the second degree; and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Marsha L. Conder, 34, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; license to be in possession; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first offense; failure to produce insurance card; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; and no registration plates.

Irvin D. Dales, 44, of Leitchfield, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking - shoplifting over $500 but under $10,000; fleeing or evading police in the second degree (on foot); public intoxication - controlled substance (excludes alcohol); and resisting arrest.

Mandy J. Decker, 40, of Leitchfield, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued under $10,000 and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Patrick J. Fegan, 42, of Leitchfield, was indicted for two separate cases. First, he was indicted for receiving stolen property valued under $10,000 and persistent felony offender in the first degree. Second, he was indicted for receiving stolen property valued under $10,000; criminal mischief in the first degree; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a defaced firearm; and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Domoni D. Moffett, 41, of Leitchfield, was indicted for two separate cases. First, she was indicted for flagrant non-support. Second, she was indicted for tampering with physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, second offense (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (heroin); possession of drug paraphernalia; resisting arrest; and persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Melinda Parks, 40, of Morgantown, Kentucky, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued under $10,000; criminal mischief in the first degree; and possession of a defaced firearm.

Kyle L. Richardson, 20, of Big Clifty, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property - automobile - $500 or more but under $10,000; criminal mischief in the first degree; and operating motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, .08 (aggravating circumstances), first offense.

Cody T. Sermon, 25, of Caneyville, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property - auto - $500 or more but under $10,000; operating motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, .08, first offense; operating a motor vehicle on suspended/revoked license; possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; resisting arrest; and persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Bryan M. Veltman, 43, of Cub Run, Kentucky, was indicted for two counts of fleeing or evading police in the first degree (motor vehicle); two counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree - police officer; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a motor vehicle on suspended/revoked license; speeding 26 miles per hour or more over speed limit; reckless driving; failure to produce insurance card; failure to or improper signal; improper registration plate; improper passing; failure to surrender revoked operator's license; failure to give oncoming vehicle one-half of highway; and persistent felony offender in the second degree.
