Voters wait in line to cast their ballots at Grayson County Middle School on Tuesday afternoon.

Falls of Rough Precinct Local Option Election:

1. The sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink at a golf course or courses will be permitted in the Falls of Rough precinct.

2. The sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink at a small farm winery or wineries will be permitted in the Falls of Rough precinct.

3. The sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink at qualified historic sites will be permitted in the Falls of Rough precinct.

4. The sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink at restaurants and dining facilities with a seating capacity of at least 50 persons and which derive at least 70 percent of their gross receipts from the sale of food if the alcoholic beverage is purchased in conjunction with a meal will be permitted in the Falls of Rough precinct.

5. The sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink at restaurants and dining facilities with a seating capacity of at least 100 persons and which derive at least 70 percent of their gross receipts from the sale of food if the alcoholic beverage is purchased in conjunction with a meal will be permitted in the Falls of Rough precinct.

Constitutional Amendment in Favor of Marsy's Law

The majority of Grayson County voters were in favor of amending the state constitution to add rights for victims of crimes, a measure known as "Marsy's Law."
