20 individuals have been indicted by the Grayson County Grand Jury this month on a litany of drug charges.

Indictments were handed down by the grand jury on the following individuals on Sept. 4:

John C. Bailey, 28, of Leitchfield, was indicted for trafficking in marijuana (greater than 5 pounds), first offense; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, LSD; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense - (less than 10 drug units of ecstasy); possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced.

Jill M. Duggins, 36, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, enhanced by a firearm; possession of a controlled substance in the second degree - Codeine/Acetaminophen enhanced by a firearm; possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, Clonazepam enhanced by a firearm; possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced by a firearm; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; promoting contraband in the first degree; two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon; operating motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, .08, third offense; driving on DUI suspended license, first offense; failure to produce insurance card; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Michael D. Embrey, 29, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, Gabepentin; possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, Clonazepam; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first offense.

David E. Henderson, 29, of Hawesville, Kentucky, was indicted for trafficking in marijuana (greater than 5 pounds), first offense; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, LSD; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense - (less than 10 drug units of ecstasy); possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced; and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Stacey A. Lambert, 34, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense, and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Brandy J. Lee, 37, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, third or greater offense - methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dustin A. Lewis, 40, of Big Clifty, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, enhanced by a firearm.

Phillip A. Lindsey, 23, of Clarkson, was indicted for three counts of unlawful transaction with a minor in the second degree; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), first offense; and possession of marijuana.

Wendel A. McAllister, 38, of Big Clifty, was indicted for two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense - (greater or equal to 10 drug units of opiates).

Matthew L. Minton, 34, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerry H. Poole, III, 23, of Leitchfield, was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine - (greater or equal to 2 grams).

Christopher R. Rigsby, 37, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense enhanced by a firearm; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine - (greater or equal to two grams) enhanced by a firearm; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, enhanced by a firearm; and possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced by a firearm.

Joshua A. Sermon, 31, of Caneyville, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

Stephen D. Shoptaw, 53, of Leitchfield, was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine - (greater or equal to 2 grams) and two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine - (less than 2 grams).

Keith A. Smith, 23, of Rome, Indiana, was indicted for trafficking in marijuana (greater than 5 pounds), first offense; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, LSD; trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense - (less than 10 drug units of ecstasy); possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced.

Karen S. Staats, 52, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense enhanced by a firearm; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, enhanced by a firearm; and possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced by a firearm.

Bennie L. Thompson, 52, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.

Derek L. Weber, 51, of Caneyville, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, second or greater offense; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, second offense, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Ashley N. White, 30, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.

Ricky D. Wilson, 60, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense enhanced by a firearm; possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, enhanced by a firearm; possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced by a firearm; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; tampering with physical evidence; assault in the third degree - police officer; and persistent felony offender in the first degree.

In addition to the aforementioned drug charges, the following individuals were also indicted:

Selana L. Adams, 35, of Leitchfield, was indicted for false statement/misrepresent to receive benefits over $100.

Douglas L. Blaylock, 42, of Leitchfield, was indicted on the charge of make false statement to obtain increase of benefits over $100.

Christopher J. Buckner, 40, of Leitchfield, was indicted for forgery in the second degree and criminal possession of forged instrument in the second degree.

Charles D. Ford, 49, of Leitchfield, was indicted for two counts of destruction of VIN number and tampering with physical evidence.
