The Grayson County P.V.A. Office launched its new website this week.

The office of Grayson County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) Ernie Perkins launched its first official website on Monday morning.

The website launch has been a goal of Perkins' since he took office and is a part of Grayson County government's efforts to modernize and streamline public services.

The website, graysoncountypva.com, allows visitors to, among other services, search for properties by either the owner name or address; estimate their property taxes; and download various tangible property tax forms and exemption forms, such as disability, homestead, nonprofit, and religiouss.

The website also includes information about the work of the PVA office, exemptions, and property tax rates.

Visitors will also have the option of subscribing to the site to have access to additional information, such as property characteristics, Perkins said.

The annual fee for an individual user is $250, but businesses and organizations that wish to include multiple people on an account may do so, as well.

To subscribe for up to four people, the annual fee is $350, and to subscribe for five to 12 people, the annual fee is $450, Perkins said.

Daily and monthly passes will also be available.

"It will benefit a lot of people," said Perkins. "And it will benefit our staff by freeing up their time."

Perkins explained that many of the
